Rush Properties, the commercial real estate services arm of The Rush Companies, has expanded its property management, brokerage and facility services to third party clients.

Previously, the Gig Harbor firm only extended its service offerings to Rush-affiliated real estate partnerships. Rush has a portfolio of over 30 buildings, in a mix of medical, office, retail and mixed-use formats.

Rush’s management services come well-recommended by its current clients.

“When the decision was made to expand our retail presence into the South Puget Sound, our company hoped that we could find a professional property management company to help us with the process. Our experience with the Rush Properties team has proven to be exceptional. Their knowledge of site selection, attention to detail and commitment to looking after us as their tenant has exceeded our expectations.” wrote Mark Klebeck, Co-Founder of Top Pot Doughnuts & Coffee, which has a location in the Proctor Station mixed-use project in north Tacoma with retail space managed by Rush Properties.
