Introducing, Tehaleh Village Center Retail!

the post by Mackay SpositoThe Post, Tehaleh's future resident visitor center and community hub

Rush is thrilled to be developing the Tehaleh Village Center Retail located in the heart of Tehaleh, the growing Master Planned Community in Pierce County. The 4,700 acre community has been steadily growing in size (more than 50% population increase since last October) and "Tehaleh continues to boom."

Both national and regional home builders will support growth of around 300 - 350 homes each year. At completion, Tehaleh will feature up to 9,700 homes with 475 acres zoned for commercial use, the Tehaleh Village Center Retail being one of the first.

The center is a multi-building plat zoned for over 50,000 square feet of commercial space including restaurant with drive through options, retail, and medical or professional offices. The center is adjacent to The Post, the community headquarters, which is the first stop for future residents and the hub for the existing community.
