Mark comes to Rush with 19 years in the industry. Before joining Rush in 2017, he for a top 15 ENR general contractor in CA (Bay Area), IL (Chicago), MI (Detroit), and the last 10 years in WA (South Sound). Mark has extensive experience in design build projects and a wide range of building types and techniques, particularly multi-family residential and commercial office.

Mark is very knowledgeable in various construction methods and materials and the construction process from preconstruction to project close-out with a track record of implanting the necessary controls to ensure success for all parties and most importantly champion a safe project. He has worked on the following types of projects:
Data Center in Michigan. A 12 month $92MM project that was a 361,000sf expansion of an existing data center which included 68,000sf of raised access flooring and a redundant power supply. To meet the schedule 68,000sf was scaffolded to allow electrical/low voltage to be installed above while the hydronic system and raised access floor pedestals were installed below simultaneously. The sheer size and speed of the project and the complex mechanical and electrical systems was captivating.
