Here's the Scoop: Rush Properties Tenant Appreciation

July is National Ice Cream month, and in celebration, our Rush Properties team hosted ice cream socials in the shared lobby areas at some of the commercial buildings we manage for our first tenant appreciation event of the year!

Coolers were packed with an array of ice cream bars & sandwiches and set up in the shared lobby areas. Our tenants enjoyed finding their favorite ice cream from their childhood and we especially enjoyed making a connection.

At one property, there was so much excitement about a cool treat that a line formed up the stairs off the lobby.

We had an opportunity to chat with many tenants and hear about their experience working in buildings we maintain. One tenant stated that he enjoys seeing the bald eagles perched in the trees outside his windows. Another tenant mentioned that our Rush Properties team was the best management team he's experienced in his working career and especially appreciates how knowledgeable our facilities team is.

Maintaining exceptional environments so our tenants have the ability to do their best work is what we strive for everyday and we appreciated the candid feedback.
