[Bogtown Flats,](https://www.bogtownflats.com/) developed by The Rush Companies and [Pastakia + Associates,](https://www.pastakiallc.com/) was recently named the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce's Project of the Week. The project is located at 9039 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle, WA, and was recently opened.

The 106,300-square-foot project has 85-units and six live/work lofts. Some units have views of the Olympic Mountains.

Amenities include a bourbon lounge, pet spa, rooftop deck, fitness loft, and repair station and storage room for 23 bikes.
