Bogtown Flats, developed by The Rush Companies and Pastakia + Associates, was recently named the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce's Project of the Week. The project is located at 9039 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle, WA, and was recently opened.
The 106,300-square-foot project has 85-units and six live/work lofts. Some units have views of the Olympic Mountains.
