As we wrapped up 2025, we set out to try a new approach that was interactive, easy to join, and genuinely fun. Once we checked all the boxes, the answer was clear...
Over two weeks in December, Rush Properties hosted our first-ever Rush Bingo, a virtual tenant appreciation event designed to bring people together during the busy end-of-year season.
Tenants and their teams were invited to download a custom Rush Bingo card (check it out below!), complete a variety of activities, and return their completed cards for entry into a raffle featuring prizes ranging from gift cards and household items to premium snack drops and experiences, all personally curated, assembled, and delivered by our Rush Properties team.
Rush Bingo focused on small moments with big impact. Each square invited participants to pause, share, and engage, whether that meant offering a wellness tip, recommending a favorite lunch spot, telling a joke, or sharing a few words of encouragement.

In early January, our Rush Properties team personally delivered each prize, giving us the chance to connect face-to-face, share a few smiles, and start the new year on a positive note.
