A key moment in Calvin’s career came with the Village Concepts Lake Stevens project.

“It was my first ground-up project with Rush,” he says. “We had a great team and were able to finish under budget and ahead of schedule.”

The project highlighted the strength of collaboration and accountability across the team. It also reinforced Calvin’s confidence as a leader.

While growth opportunities are important, what has made the biggest impact for Calvin is the culture at Rush.
