Information we collect from you

We collect three basic types of information from you in conjunction with your use of the Site:

We do not knowingly collect any information, personal or otherwise, from children under the age of 13 without the express consent of their parent or guardian. We collect this information in the following ways:

Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state laws, we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of any minor under the age of 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising or for monetary or other valuable consideration. Your IP address: Like most business websites, each time you visit the Site, we automatically collect your IP address and the web page from which you came. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.

Legal basis for processing. International transfers. Rush is based in the United States, and our servers and most of our service providers are located in the United States. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in “Information we collect from you” above, for the business and commercial purposes described in “How we use your information,” and have disclosed personal information to the categories of recipients described in “Sharing of personal information.” We have not sold or shared (as those terms are defined under the CCPA / CPRA) personal information in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Shine the Light. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us using the information below.

Washington-specific notice

If you are a Washington State resident, the Washington My Health My Data Act (MHMDA) provides specific protections for “consumer health data.” Rush does not knowingly collect consumer health data through this Site.
