Rush Capital recently closed permanent financing on Franciscan Medical Plaza in Bonney Lake, WA. The 45,000 SF single tenant medical office building is occupied by CHI Francisan and provides adolescent health, family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics, primary care and well-child exams. Danny Kruse negotiated a 10 year fixed rate loan with 55% LTV and 25 year amortization with a regional bank.
We are so excited and honored to announce that Bogtown Flats won top honors at NAIOP Night of the Stars, and was named the Multifamily Residential Development of the Year: 100 Units or less. Our Madison25 and Paceline projects were also finalists for the Multifamily Residential Development of the Year: More than 100 Units category. All three Rush projects were developed by Rush Development, built by Rush Commercial, financed by Rush Capital and Madison25's commercial space is managed by Rush Properties. The three projects were in good company with the incredible project finalists at this year's NAIOP Washington Night of the Stars, NAIOP's fourth-largest chapter in North America.
Paceline Apartments were recently named Project of the Week by the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce. The luxury apartment complex located off of Aurora Ave. in Shoreline opened this winter.
Rush Capital closed out another fantastic year. Production has continued to increase each year since inception and the team is doing more third party mortgage banking than ever. Rush Capital continues to diversify its expertise in apartments, office, medical office, senior housing, and micro housing. Blake Carbonatto has built Rush Capital’s lending relationships by doing deals with agencies, life insurance companies, regional and national banks, and credit unions.

The Rush Companies, headquartered in Gig Harbor, has moved its second office to Seattle's Mercer Island. The new office, located at 3010 77th Ave. SE, Ste. 204, was opened to better serve the construction and development company's clients building in Seattle and the Eastside — hence the location between downtown Seattle and downtown Bellevue.
