This 16,000-square-foot medical office building, set to open in late 2026, will be home to Mary Bridge Children’s Therapy Services – Tacoma. Designed by Ferguson Architecture, this facility will provide a wide range of pediatric therapy services under one roof, including physical, occupational, speech, and feeding therapies, as well as audiology and in-house orthotics and prosthetics.

We’re proud to lead the development and construction of this vital resource, located at 3307 S. 19th Street, just across from MultiCare Allenmore Hospital. This new facility will help expand access to critical rehabilitation services for children and families throughout the South Sound and beyond.

“We’re proud to expand our partnership with MultiCare through the development of this new children’s therapy center,” said Danny Kruse, vice president, The Rush Companies. “This project reflects our shared commitment to expanding valuable services that support the health and well-being of our community. We’re also grateful to Commencement Bank, a trusted local lender, for their partnership and support in bringing this project to life.”

As a locally based real estate development, construction, and investment firm, we know the impact that intentional development can have on the community. This project is not just a building, it’s a place where families will find support, and kids will find care.

Key features of the new Mary Bridge Children’s Therapy – Tacoma include:

  • 16,000 SF of thoughtfully designed medical space
  • Two-story building with dedicated parking
  • Specialized pediatric services including:
  • Speech therapy
  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Feeding therapy
  • Audiology
  • Orthotics and prosthetics
We’re honored to work alongside MultiCare and Commencement Bank on this transformative project, and we look forward to welcoming families to this center in the near future.

Stay tuned for construction updates!
