In addition to performing routine work orders and preventative maintenance tasks for our tenants, Greg builds upon ten years of similar experience working on complex building projects with the team. - Kurt Wallitner - Facilities Manager: - Bringing 20 years of facilities experience to the table, Kurt manages facilities in Puyallup, University Place, and Tacoma. Like Greg, he's involved in routine work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, as well as complex building projects across Rush Properties. - Jacob Bullon - Maintenance Technician: - Our “eyes and ears” for each property, Jacob just celebrated a decade with Rush Properties last month!
