Hue Apartments are located in a premier downtown location in downtown Redmond, WA. Structurally, the project will be seven floors;  five wood-framed levels over two levels of concrete. When complete the project will consist of 93 luxury apartment units and 82 parking stalls. Amenities will include a rooftop deck, exercise room, yoga studio, car-stacker, retail space, and common areas for residents.
