Karen Fairall

Karen joined the Rush Companies as Portfolio Leasing Broker in 2015 following nine years working in Commercial Real Estate management, most recently with GE Capital Real Estate. She is passionate about connecting businesses with commercial spaces that meet their needs and inspire success.  Karen’s experience in property management drives her interactions with both Tenants and Landlords maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction long after the Lease is signed. Outside of the office Karen enjoys spending time with her family, the occasional happy hour, and exploring the beautiful Pacific NW.

Karen provides leasing services for the Rush commercial properties with a focus on tenant retention. In addition to connecting new tenants with Rush commercial space, Karen is available to work with our existing tenants to negotiate lease renewals and assist with expansion to allow for business growth.
