Rush Commercial completed this 2,840 SF tenant improvement in Olympia, transforming existing shell space into a functional imaging center. The project included mammography, DEXA exam, biopsy, and procedure rooms, along with dedicated patient and staff support areas. Additional improvements included replacing flooring in common areas and patching and painting existing walls to create a refreshed, welcoming environment.
