When completed, the 169,165 SF building will contain 115 assisted living residential units, 18 memory care units, 15,800 SF of amenity/common area, and parking for 66 vehicles. It will accommodate 159 residents.
Amenities included will be housekeeping, laundry, chef prepared meals, formal and private dining rooms, bistro, medication monitoring/assistance, transportation, rooftop garden with BBQ and firepit, theater, nail and hair salon, massage, wellness center, secured courtyard, sun room, game lounge/library, and 24/7 coverage and nursing staff.

The project is situated in the desirable Stadium District of Tacoma, WA and is across the street from popular local establishments such as Rhein Haus, Orange Theory, Starbucks, Mudbay, Stadium Thriftway.
