This tenant improvement project at Cedar Medical Center in Tacoma converted a 4,700 SF physical therapy office into a cardiology clinic. The scope included installation of a new PET-CT camera, construction of new exam rooms and provider offices, new tenant walls and cabinetry, and modifications to power and data systems.
