Canopy Apartments are currently in progress. The project will be LEED Platinum and completed in two phases. The two buildings are comprised of 476 units and amenity space for a total of 584,661 SF. The structures are nine levels, with seven levels above ground and two levels of below grade parking. Amenities include a fitness room, club-room, sky lounge, and large courtyards. Phase 2 will include a pavilion on a courtyard.
