January 07, 2026

At The Rush Companies, doing the right thing is woven into how we work, how we lead, and how we show up for one another every day.

Our Caught Doing Something Right (CDSR) program exists to recognize team members whose everyday actions reflect the Rush Values we hold close: Commitment, Resourcefulness, Integrity, and Well-Being. These individuals don’t seek recognition, they simply show up for their teammates, their projects, and their communities in ways that make a real difference.

As we reflect on 2025, we’re incredibly proud to celebrate a group of team members whose leadership, care, and consistency elevate everyone around them. Their impact is felt across job sites, offices, and communities, and they remind us just how special Team Rush truly is.

Building an Exceptional Future, Together

Each of these CDSR recipients reflects what makes Team Rush special; not just individual excellence, but a commitment to showing up for one another, doing the right thing, and contributing to something bigger than themselves.

Their actions reinforce a culture built on trust, accountability, and care for our teammates, our partners, and the communities we serve. And while today we celebrate these twelve individuals, their impact is multiplied every day through the teams they support and inspire.

Building an Exceptional Future, Together is only possible because of people like this, people who lead with integrity, act with intention, and believe that how we work matters just as much as what we build.

Thank you for continuing to raise the bar and move us forward, together.
