The 181,540-square-foot complex has ground-level retail and five levels above with 151 apartments.

Units have views of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier. There is a rooftop deck, mid-level fireside lounge, courtyard gardens and a pet wash station.

The first retail tenant, Walla Walla Clothing Co., opened in March. Work is set to begin this summer on other retail spaces for Rudy's Barbershop, Coldwell Banker Bain and Top Pot Doughnuts.
