The Edgepoint Apartments located in the desirable Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle features 203 apartment units, ranging from 565 to 1,127 SF, with on-site parking and high-end designer finishes throughout. Amenities include a fitness room, club-room, rooftop-patio (with fireplace, BBQ grills and exceptional views), pet spa, EV charging stations, bike storage rooms, storage lockers, package concierge and a move-in storage room.
The Heron is located in Tacoma near the newly built Emerald Queen Hotel & Casino. It consists of 82 apartment units and associated on-site below grade parking. Community amenities include shared laundry rooms on 2 levels, a dog spa/pet washing station, Amazon Hub package room, EV charging stations, storage space, gym, game room, business room and bike storage room.
Pottery Creek is a 136 unit garden-style apartment community consisting of 5 buildings on an eight-acre site located in Port Orchard. Each unit features stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, LED lighting, an open spacious floor plan, breakfast bar and deck/patio. The Community Center includes a party room complete with a full kitchen, large HDTV and a combined Cardio and Weight training center. This project was a joint effort between Rush Capital, Rush Development and Rush Commercial.
The Hailey apartments located in Tacoma turned an underutilized city parking lot into a thriving new apartment community with expansive views. It features 186 spacious and light-filled units, a mix of studios, one bedroom and two bedroom modern dog-friendly apartment homes with beautiful designer finishes.
