Rush Commercial’s Special Project Division recently finished the St. Joe’s project officially known as SJMC – The Market at Lake Tapps Dialysis Clinic, a contract worth nearly $1.5 million.
The project is located in Bonney Lake, and included the demolition and total renovation of two vacated suites at The Market at Lake Tapps Retail Center into one suite of approximately 5,355 square feet.
