This tenant improvement project on the ground level of an existing seven-story, 134-unit assisted living community included demolition of interior walls to reconfigure amenity spaces, installation of new plumbing systems, and new interior doors. Exterior improvements included construction of a new standalone, enclosed maintenance room, relocation of an existing EV charging station, and a storefront window in the new Wellness Center.
