More than 60 people gathered at Proctor Station on Thursday, June 23 to celebrate the completion of the mixed-use project. More than 90% of the building is leased, putting the property managers ahead of schedule. The project, which was finished in February of 2016, features six floors of high-end apartments and a floor of commercial space. Guests were offered a tour of the building. The project is an integrated Rush project, developed by Rush Development, contracted by Rush Commercial, financed by Rush Capital, with retail spaced managed by Rush Properties.
